Welcome to Heels on the Field: A Baseball Blog. I've written many kinds of baseball stories throughout the years, and, at one time, HOTF was exclusively about minor league baseball. The focus here now, and going forward, is a mixture of the stories I want to tell: features, analysis, interviews, and a focus on women's issues, and inclusivity in baseball. 

When I began this blog, it was to inspire my own confidence, improve my craft and write creatively about baseball. That continues to be true.
